No, it cannot. Ninjutsu are negated when their chakra come in contact with the user or the Truth Seeking Orbs. Body Replacement doesn't do that.

The Kawarimi no Jutsu is a technique that involves the user swapping themselves with an object such as a log, transforming that object into a look-alike of them and hiding somewhere. If anything, the Truth Seeking Orbs would negate the transformation of the object at best, but any degree of blunt force including and beyond a punch would dispel the transformation anyway.

In a sense, it negates the transformation, but it's a waste of time and use of the Truth Seeking Orbs.

The Truth Seeking Balls can only negate ninjutsu when the chakra of the technique makes direct contact with them. That's why TSBs were not able to counter things like Minato's FTG and Kakashi's Kamui; there is no physical contact.

Some ninjutsu aren't effected by certain things, like Creation Rebirth and Chakra enhanced strength

No it wouldn't turn Tsunade into a hag, because bykaugou seems to be immune

I thought it was because they used the(space-time continuum) power of the universe like the truth seeking balls. But what you said makes sense.

That's one of the worst days ever in mankind.

One Direction's first single was released on that day.
I seriously cannot stop laughing at this. Lol

I think its will destroy that jutsu with no problem if that jutsu try to trick TSB user.

or did you meant, TSB negate that jutsu from forming?

It can easily negate the tech by blowing both the old and new body from existence in 1 explosion.

I think TSB can still counter Kamui the same way Deidara did to Kakashi.. Maybe the user just has to "apply more" onmyoudon into the TSB
