The next manipulated tools technique is pretty cool and doesn't require so much set up like other jutsu - useful for those that like Bukijutsu... Like me. You will toss a large scroll into the air above your opponent and it will unravel as you toss it. From this scroll hundreds of different weapons rain justice from above (pls Pharah no pls) and will impale the opponent and anything in the path of you and between the end of the scroll. The weapons are pretty fast so will rain down as white streaks.
Tell me when you'd use something like this? Tell me a problem with this technique too.

Next one is a useful cosmetic technique that you see a lot of people use, it basically is a better transformation jutsu as it allows you to permanently transform your appearance without the downside of reverting back once you use Ninjutsu or being hit.
Tell me an In RP story context of using this and not just for your own cosmetic personal decision

Tbh i probably woudnt use this seems like it can be made pretty redudant quickly. For instance you gotta whip out a scroll and then throw it which takes some time and it can be easily countered with a just of wind to send the weapons back at you. I guess if i did use it, it would be more of a distraction to attack the person from below while this went from above or if i had a minato bio i could incorporate a FTG in there.
This would be usefull in the Ninja world to trick someone into thinking you were an ally for instance. However you would have to pretend you had a cold or sore throat as youd still have the same voice. The Second Tsuchikage, Mū's mastery of this technique helped earn him the moniker "Non-Person" seemingly having neither form nor chakra while the technique was active. Thus, he could not be sensed through traditional means.

It's cool because it requires no chakra yet is still A-Rank. Damage kinda sucks though. What do you think is a better way of utilising this technique?

Well the last one kinda does require chakra points since you need to create a clone which thus requires chakra points. This would come in handy during the ninja world if you wanted to keep someone prisoner and not kill them you could wipe their memories.You could also use it in battle and block the memory of them learning any wind jutsu for examples.
