Alright, before I start, which bio should I use to train you? Elijah Mikaelson, the Ganmi or Dean Winchester, the Nekura?

Elijah Mikaelson, or The Crimson Ganmi, as he was now known, made his way to the training grounds. Apparently, a young student was already waiting for him. He was going to teach him the fundamentals of being a Shinobi, Ninjutsu. His attire consisted of a dark suit, paired with a white shirt beneath it, and a black tie. He also carried a suitcase with him, which contained a large amount of scrolls. As he finally made it to his student, he put the suitcase beside, as he squinted and looked at him.
"Hello there, I am Elijah. Tell me, young man, what do you know about Ninjutsu, and use as much detail as you muster. Oh, and your name as well."
Elijah barely managed a smile, something he wasn't capable of doing anymore. His life was anything but happy at this point in time.

Wind Blade looks up to his newly arrived sensei a little shy and scared he begins to answer his sensei's question...
Umm... Hi my name is Wind Blade and it's a pleasure to meet you. You asked what I know about ninjutsu so here I go... Ninjutsu otherwise known as ninja arts is something that allows shinobi's to things one can't normally do like walking on water. Ninjutsu needs the usage of chakra, and most of the times needs the usage of hand signs though it's not always the case because some ninjutsu become like second nature to a ninja. Elemental ninjutsu is more advanced then regular ninjutsu because it incorporates the usage of the five basic elements, and you can also create combinations of those five elements to create stronger techniques. Elemental ninjutsu also requires shape manipulation and nature manipulation which these are in order to give the jutsu size, form and movement and also to give the ninjutsu a physical construct of the wanted element. Ninjutsu effects unlike genjutsu are real and can result fatal.

Elijah listens to his student, and he seemed to know enough for him to qualify to learn Ninjutsu. Elijah let a slight smile cross his face, showing that he was pleased with his students' answer.
"Pleasure to meet you too. No that was very good, Ninjutsu is an important skill every shinobi should have, and trust me, it will help you out in battle. Nonetheless, my method of training is as follows. I will explain the technique to you, and I want you to perform the technique against my clone, and then give me at least 2 advantages and disadvantages of the technique. Also, how you would use the technique in battle. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Sometimes I will ask you to analyse a technique, where you will fully explain the technique, without any help from me, a test of sorts. Simply to keep you on your toes."
Elijah's eyes glistened as he got ready to tell his student what's next.
"Now, the very first technique starts off by using your chakra to generate small needles in your mouth. After doing so, these needles can be launched towards the opponent, with precise accuracy. This can be useful in close combat and to easily take down an opponent. Since it requires no hand seals, it makes a very beneficial move to use overall, and due to the size of the needles, they make little to no sound as they travel through the air towards the opponent. Use it against my clone (and also add all the other stuff I said in your reply ^^)."
Elijah creates a clone, that dashes towards Wind Blade, in an arc from his left.

Ok Got it!
Wind Blade quickly concentrates his chakra into forming small needles in his mouth, once he does that he launches these needles to Elijah sensei's clone, finally hitting the target making it disappear
After doing this Wind Blade begins to explain to his sensei about it's advantages and disadvantages.
Advantages of this attack is that it's a fast paced attack allowing you to attack the target immediately without having to use hand signs it's an attack that can be used to counter attack an enemy as well. It's also silent so it's an attack that if done right your opponent won't be able to hear nor see because there small and silent.
Disadvantages of this attack is that even though it's a quick attack it's not really powerful and if the enemy see's it coming you might be in problems if you don't react fast. It's also an attack that's useful if the opponent is headed towards you but if your opponent were to use a jutsu involving any type of element the jutsu won't be of help at all.

Using your chakra, you will hide the second Windmill Shuriken in the shadow of the first. This is a nice technique, as its usually a surprise for the opponent when a second Windmill Shuriken is seen. Use it against my clone."
