Ok.

Well flash bombs are a ninja tool that are used to be thrown and they explode whilst releasing a blinding flash of light that temporarily blinds an opponent so that you can get open attacks or flee.
The difference between this and a smoke bomb is that a flash bomb releases light instead of smoke, and in my opinion the flash of light is more effective.

Very well said, and the easier way to put this would be.
Smoke bomb = Cover.
Flash bomb = Opening to attack.
Smoke bomb is a longer duration, while the flash bomb is instantaneous.

Okay, let's begin with the first jutsu.
Anyhow, you have all your ninja tools ready, no?
-hands you two giant shurikens- Now, like some master genius, try fitting those two together behind one another's shadow and then throwing it -forms Shadow Clone-, at this Shadow Clone besides me one after the other, the first hiding the second.
If he is able to see the second shuriken you've hidden behind the first, then he will defend against both. Try and make sure both is hidden within one another.

I grab the 2 giant shuriken from your hands and place them both in my right hand, one on top of the other. As I hold them both at the same time by the inner circles I cock my hand back and launch them both at your clone at once but I do it in such a fashion that they spin at the exact same speeds whilst having their blades lined up perfectly so that the one on the bottom seems as if it's nothing but a shadow or to most it will be unnoticed. With this done when your clone defends against the top shuriken the bottom one will continue to go forward in attempts to decapitate your clone

Yes. o_o
Send your chakra out towards your opponent, binding them with it like ropes. Give your chakra physical substance while targeting certain area of your foes' body in order to immobilize them.

Ahhh ok.

I first build up the proper amount of chakra within my body, followed by quickly letting it seap out on to the battlefield thus having it bask around you. With that done I treat the chakra as if was an extension of my body or an extra limb so that I can manipulate it in such a manner that it wraps around both of your legs, both of your arms and around your neck. With the chakra now wrapped around the chosen parts of your body I mold it to tighten and immobilize you successfully which allows an opening for an attack.

Excellent. And the quickest and most efficient way to use this jutsu is to target the hands (prevent handseals from being used) and the feet (to bind you with ropes).

But a stranger that's been mass murdering? I'd feel nervous, I'd be wondering what his intentions were, I'd be imaginings the types of things he wants to attempt, what would happen to me. Etc.

Good. The psychological impact would be the fear, which also hinders your ability to think rationally. According to the Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, if you can't past the first level of needs, you can't think of any other.

Now, remember what happened during the Chunin exams. Orochimaru scared the crap out of everyone by just releasing a feeling of intent to kill.
Try and replicate this.

I quickly run towards you whilst unsheathing my sword with my right hand from my left hip.. As I do that I reveal my intent to kill you thus giving your brain images of your own death from my blade ensnaring itself into your heart. This bloody image would cause a massive amount of fear to creep up within your body thus slowing down your reaction time and throwing off your rationality all together.. With all of the thoughts of dying by my blade sprints through your head it makes it difficult to think of anything else..
