Coming off raw knowledge.
Ninjutsu is one of 3 forms of shinobi tactics. With numerous sub categories from purely chairs based to elemental based and further.
Rasengan is a form of raw ninjutsu
So is the clone technique

Well it is also utilized as raw chakra or for elemental, forbidden and sealing jutsus as well. Its basically the use of raw chakra manipulated by chakra moulding into mainly supplementary use.
Raw chakra output can be altered with the use of hand seals and chakra manipulation.
Elemental Ninjutsu over power non elemental ninjutsu.
Shadow clones is a prime example of ninjutsu. So is wall tree and water walking.

It depends. Elemental will only overpower a ninjutsu if it's raw chakra like what the hyuugas releasing. Okay,

(Fukumi Hari) - Hidden Needles

Description: The user is able to call forth needles into their mouth and then spit them at their opponent with great accuracy.
Alright, call forth a needle from your mouth and spit it out. Tt will move amazingly fast and accurate penetrating the flesh and small bodily substances with ease. Though not life threatening, it can be a great distraction and it is very easy to perform. The better you get at this, you will be able to call forth these needles passively from your throat and send them out the mouth. I recommend aiming for the eyes, nostrils, and ears. This makes them much more lethal, and force the opponent to react and defend from it accordingly.
Listening to House sensei, Benn focuses on what he is told and thinks.

I can see its usefulness. I cant see where using this could have a flaw. How ever Im sure if Im not careful using this at the wrong moment could leave me in a jam.
He writes down the process he used to perform the technique and then questions.
What do you think sensei? I see many uses but if I dont know the flaws wont that be harmful in the long run?

It's never a bad thing to shoot out needles. Especially if the enemies vision is clouded. They won't see these tiny needles coming at him. there's no flaws in this. guess the range only being short and it's a d-ranked technique. other then that, i dont see any flaws.

Alright, if you seen Sasuke vs Itachi fight, Sasuke uses a giant windmill shuriken to hide another shuriken underneath.

Looking over to House's left. He see's the giant windmill shuriken.
He grabs them both, making sure to grab the oval in they're center.
Ok. So basically all I'm doing is grabbing the shuriken with one hand like so.
He puts the other shuriken into his dominate hand, now holding them both by the hole in they're centers.
Then I shift back.
He leans back as if he was about to use a tennis back hand. Folding his arm far enough for his hands to reach passed his left shoulder.
Then I as he releases THROW!
Both shuriken fly seemingly connected to one another, one on top of the other, before splitting vertically wider and wider apart.
As the shuriken hit the tree, the top one looked as if it would have hit the opponents neck to chest area.
and the bottom looked like it would have hit a persons knee caps.
He looks to house. Hows that sensei???

(Kanashibari no Jutsu) - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique

Description: Kanashibari no Jutsu is a simple Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an animal (or animals). With the target frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. It can only be used against animal (summons or not) and works by forcefully using your chakra to restrain the summon physically by holding it in place. It can, however, be broken by outside means or brute force, making it less effective against bigger summons like boss summons or similar.
Note: lasts only as long as the user is focusing on the target to sustain it.
You must focus on the animal when doing this. You will effectively be able to halt and stop a summoning animals movement. This allows you a momentary time to not only attack, but if all else fails, retreat. Your chakra will be the medium that restricts the animal. The main problem with this is you are left open to attacks, and it is easy to break your focus.
(Kanashibari no Jutsu) - Temporary Body Paralysis Technique

With the target frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat. Noticing a nearby squirrel. He throws a kunai high directly above him before he begins to focus on the squirrel.
As he focuses....nothing happens. The kunai reaches its peak before rotating 180 and falling back down towards Benn.
Still focusing, the squirrel eats his snack , non phased almost mocking Benn.
"Cmoooon." He thinks as the kunai reaches the half way point of the fall to earth.
The squirrel pauses. His eyes widen as he stands there mid bite. Benn continuing to focus when he remembers.
The squirrel runs off as Benn quickly leaps back. His hand getting cut in the process due to not being quick enough.
Bandaging it up he looks at house and asks..."Sensei did you see the squirrel?"
