Ninjutsu is basically a term used to describe a set of skills and abilities used to control ones life force "chakra" and using it as raw energy or manipulating it for use as a weapon.
'Shape manipulation' itself controls the form of chakra, its movement and strength. usually not involving the manipulation of the environment, or rather the elements of it. Manipulation on the other hand is changing the properties of ones chakra, allowing him to control elements, the simplest example would be heating chakra and manipulating fire.

Well that weapon can kill, injure and sometimes can be used to set traps/get out of traps. By using chakra, you can add an elemental affinity to it. Such as wind, to make it travel faster. Lightning to increase it cutting/piercing abilities. And much more

Throw the first one, wait a second, then throw the other one faster so that it travels within the shadow of the first.
If a target defends against the first then the second one will surprise them and have a higher chance at success.

I take the two windmills shurikens. After you create a dummy, i throw the first shuriken in a straight line at your dumy. After a brief moment, i throw the other. This time faster. Causing it to travel in it's shadow.

I concentrate water chakra inside my mouth. I then focus on breaking the water chakra into smaller water particles. Once i feel the chakra decrease slightly i exhale releasing a thin cloud of mist from my mouth.

feeling the mist surround me, i focus on the area where i last saw your clone. I take a deep breath and exhale softly. I then sprint softly around the edges of the mist before arriving behind your clone. I then stab your clone in the back with a kunai.
After forming a thick mist, i take a brief moment to focus in on my surroundings, where my opponent and myself is at. I take a deep breath in and take out a single kunai before exhaling softly. I then mask my chakra to the best of my abilities, i then begin to slowly creep around the edges of the mist. Watching my foot steps meticulously. So that i don't make a single sound. My foot steps dulled to the point that your clone can't remember what direction i was in. I pick the pace up slightly jogging on the tips of my toes. After sneaking around te mist, i emerge from the shadows without making a sound. Stabbing your clone in the back with the sharpest point of my kunai.
I take the large shuriken and study it breifly, i then take a bit of time to build up a small amount of chakra. I then take a stance in which i can attack. Placing my left leg on the ground firmly and planting my right in front. I raise the shuriken into the air just above my lower chest and loosen my grip on it slightly. Before throwing it, i distill my chakra into the shuriken and focus on making it grow larger. After channeling chakra into it continuosly. The shuriken grows i then throw it at your clones chest area. It travels before striking it violently in the chest dispersing it.
I take out all of the kunai i can hold. And hold them loosely between my fingers, I then jump into the air after eyeing down your dummy. Then begin to spin. As i complete my first turn, i release two kunai from my left hand. I repeat this till i have thrown all kunai at the dummy.
Ok. Take these two scrolls.
Place them next to you then release them to send to unveil high and spinning around you. Then jump up in the middle of the spinning scrolls and spin yourself to release several ninja tools at the target.
