While waiting for my sensei, I notice a man walking towards me slowly, He puts his hand out, at first I'm surprised and he forms the legendary rasengan. I'm in shock and pretty much outstanding.

What is Ninjutsu- Is a term referring to almost any technique which allows the user to do something that they otherwise would be incapable of doing, including the usage of weapons. Ninjutsu attacks are real and very in purposes. One cam use it to make a clone or even make a attack with Ninjutsu, There is even medical ninjutsu for healing. Ninjutsu relies on mainly chakra and most of the time hand seals. Hand seals are used to mold and manipulate the chakra. But some shinobi that have great experience can even use ninjutsu at will. two methods of manipulating chakra are referred to as shape transformation and nature transformation. Shape manipulation controlling the shape and form, Nature manipulation controlling the type of nature form it can take. Fire for example.

Why I want to learn- Ninjutsu is the base for everything so it is very important to have in my arsenal. It can be used for many purposes and create great opportunities for battle. It will also help me to finally master my basic five.

Users- Kakashi, Naruto, Minato, Jiraiya, and Hiruzen are some that come quickly to mind.

Very good. As for ninjutsu's weakness I could see why you were left in a bind. Its quite hard to pin-point such a thing with such a versatile category. One of the "main" weaknesses os constant need/reliance a ninja has on ninjutsu. Without it, if not accustomed in other fields like taijutsu, the user would be severely handicapped in battle. That aside, ninjutsu's weakness would solely depend on the ninjutsu-related technique being used. Although, a "physical" and universal weakness could be fuuinjutsu, as that could seal the user's chakra/technique, preventing him from using ninjutsu all together.

Before we actually move to the techniques I'd like to go over the basics of combat. What can you tell me about ninja tools? Projectile weapons like shuriken, kunai, senbons? How can they be used in battle? Which ways. Think very carefully, there are various ways to utilize all of them ^_^

Well sensei ninja tools are used for many things and purposes. There main objective is to attack an opponent. They can be used also block other incoming attacks as well. Weapons can also be mixed with basic ninjutsu and even advanced ninjutsu.

To utilize a weapon at its full potential one can do many things. A ninja can dip a kunai in poison making it more lethal then before and have a high killing rate. Another thing you can do for example a senbon or shuriken, one can channel wind chakra to make it more sharp and fast. With a sword one can channel lighting chakra and increase its overall sharpness and can pierce and numb the opponent at the same time. A last example is Hiruzen was able to shadow clone one shuriken and clone a thousand shurikens making it almost impossible to defend against.

It also seems to me that ninjutsu is like a ninja weapon because it is used for the same purpose so one can say ninjutsu and weapons are very similar. But like zetsu once said some one with a kunai can be killed by a penal if thrown by a master. In short anything can become a weapon as long as you utilize well and train deeply to perfect it.

Well those can be used for many ideal things as well. They serve pretty much the same purpose to attack, Defend, and Supplement the user. They can be used also for more snick attacks and of course in conjunction with elemental ninjutsu.
Here are some examples...
Smoke Bombs- This are less of attack but more for defense, You can throw a smoke bomb for the opponent to lose sight of you, From there you can retreat or do a snick attack. A great example is how Naruto fought pain, He used smoke bombs to cover his presence and then threw a rasenshuriken to damage and destroy one of the pains. So with clever strategy this can be a awesome tool to use for battle.

Tags- This are more of attacking then anything else. What is great about them is how fast you can ignite them with just one hand seal. Tags mainly generate fire as well, So if need be when a tag activates near an opponent you can send wind towards it to make the flames more powerful. My favorite method in the Naruto series is how amazing he used them to take Hidan down. If you remember he lured Hidan in the area he set them up. By the time he got in the area where the tags were there was no chance for escape. I also think they can be used to push an opponent back who is pressing you in close range battle. Just throwing so on the floor will make the opponent react and force himself to push back.

Flashes- Very similar to smoke bombs, There main purpose is to momentarily blind the opponent. Again this has little real attacking threat but used for defensive and supplementary purposes. You can blind the opponent to retreat or even get a jutsu ready that takes some time to perform.

That is very correct. And as you stated, some techniques require different hand seals that are not universally used. One example would be Naruto's finger crossing to represent the tiger hand seal to perform his shadow clones. Well lets continue shall we?! Mathias suddenly reaches into his pouch and grabs a hold of a big scroll. He then proceeds to unravel it across the floor in front of his student. Strong points

• This technique can be used to distance one's self from their opponent, by the gust of wind being strong enough to force them back. The strength of the wind could be used to not only force your opponent back away from you, but it could push them into objects like a rock or a tree, or get you out of range of a jutsu you may be in range of (primarily close or mid ranged)
  
  
• The dust this jutsu could pick up from preforming this jutsu could also cloud the sight of your opponent, giving you the opprotunity to get out of sight and used ambush based attacks (if that's your game plan) or escape from a situation you feel is out of your immediant range of thinking. Also the diversion it could play for the moment, blinding your opponent could give you the immediant go ahead to follow through with another jutsu that they wouldn't expect.
  
  
• Lastly, this jutsu comes in handy for deflecting and enhancing projectiles. When in terms of your opponent throwing projectiles towards you, you could use this jutsu, the gust of wind, being stronger then the natural strength of a shinobi's thrust in throwing projectiles like basic kunai or shuriken, would force them back towards one's opponent or simply render their attack towards you uselses by neutralizing the velocity at which it travels and they'll fall to the ground prematurely. In terms of you throwing your own projectiles, shooting your gust of wind in conjunction with the direction of your projectiles would increase the speed of the weapons and also how much force is behind them, meaning they head quicker to your opponent (harder to evade) and if they hit, the force behind it will cause more damage (via deeper wounds from penetration).
  
  

Weak points

• For larger projectiles like fuma Shuriken or anything with a greater density, the wind may have a harder time deflecting them if thrown by your opponent.
  
  
• Since this is a relitave lower level jutsu, any fire technique would be able to make it's way through the winds and that would be an easy counter for this jutsu as well.
  
  
• Also considering the territory, if in a territory where there is a lot of dust. When this jutsu is preformed, just as you could use it as cover for another attack or an escape, your opponent could use it in the same way. The dust being between the two of you (if enough is gathered that is) could block your sight of your opponent, which is always a flaw that could be used against you.
  
  

Combinations-strategies Primarily I see this jutsu as being a great use with simple projectiles like shuriken or kunai. You could toss your weapons and the wind traveling in conjunctin could add speed and penatration power. You. Also a wind-fire combination, using a fire based jutsu (if you have the training that is) and then using this jutsu to enhance the potency and range of the flames. However if both jutsu exhale from the mouth, this jutsu may need to be used by another party such as a shadow clone or summon. I could also see this technique useful for getting off the ground, shooting the flow of wind dowards and that could set you up for an arial attack to use against your opponent.

Ways to counter this technique Using a fire jutsu to force through the flames, making it useless, or using a more powerful wind technique to render their winds useless and also to dispell the sand/dust. Also a jutsu of any kind that could provide a mass of movement in the opposite direction with strong enough force to combat the winds like a powerful/large flow of water or large amounts of earth (via earth jutsu) that would prove to be to dense for the winds to move, also if the earth is moving at it's own velocity towards their opponent, the winds could be useless. Also blocking the winds with some sort of barrier works just as good too.

I feel the flow channeling from my diaphram into my lungs and I exhale through my mouth. The air coming out of my mouth, fused with my chakra creates a gust of wind, gathering the minirals from the ground (the dust) and creating a large gust of dusty wind, which disperses from a steady stream into the air after s certian distance*

Strong points

• Well lets start with the most basic string point of this technique, the technique is a highly compressed orb of water, the key word here is compressed, meaning the space is tightly packed with water molecules thus giving it an amazing density and speed. The orb itself somewhat receives the property of a bullet, thus giving it a title of rain bullet.
• A very, very interesting point in the jutsu that i managed to point out is that this technique says; "user will be knocked back", if you notice that part it is one of the most amazing use of this low ranked jutsu. What if something requires you to push yourself back, and channeling chakra into the ground is not possible to bring pillars or likes. This jutsu can be shot in one direction and due to its compressed space property it exerts equally opposite force at the user thus sending him backwards, can be used to dodge certain jutsus or avoid direct hits.
• Last but not the least is the main purpose of this justu, the two actions that states the main offensive side of it; "If it hits the enemy the enemy will be sent away flying or unbalanced." It can have two effects, one is it may send the opponent flying away AS user flies back too, and given the range as short it can be a good way to increase distance between the two ninjas. Second is throwing the opponent off-balance and using it to develop a counter position and get hold of the battle.

Weak points

• Well, like everyone else I noticed the rank as a weak point. Event with all those uses a weak technique is a weak technique. Its given rank is D, thus making it the lowest, so even a direct hit won't be enough to sieze the victory in the battle, however it may give more opportunities to attack, but that does not change the fact that it is the lowest possible rank. (excluding E)
• The range, the second weakness is that its range is way too limited. Although I found that fact absurd because it seems to be a compressed ball like bullet, it should be at-least midrange to fully use it to your advantage, but since it isn't it can only be used in close range, and will fail if used at distance of mid/long. It can be used as a supplement way of throwing yourself back even if it doesn't reaches the opponent.
• The third and last weak point is the advantage I stated earlier, it can also back fire; "the user will be knocked back", the technique has a condition of high pressure forces on either side, so what if you do not want to change your position, no matter what you try you have to make sure your stability stays unaffected when using this technique.

Combinations-strategies; A very amazing combination strategy is using it as a distraction or use as speed boost in a freeform battle. So, what if my character needs a sudden boost, I release the jutsu on the ground facing back, I then turn around slicing or performing a free form action move. But not only that, lets look at another way, it can be used as some jutsu that attacks the user from behind, so this justu can be used to lure the opponent or push them back to that certain location to attack from the back.

Ways to counter this technique; A very easy and fun counter against this technique is earth shields and earth pillar. To make a dramatic fight one can use a simple shield or cover the body part that is being attacked. There is another earth technique which not only adds an armor but also increases your Taijutsu skills, but since its heavy it decrease users speed, but since its heavy it may be able to counter the pressure of this rain technique.

Blizzard after completely describing the technique, he closes his eyes, and gathers the spirit that he had earned in the past long hours of meditation, using his mastery over wind and water he gathers both elements, water to form the orb and wind to compress it to such level that its compression forms a very high density water orb/ bullet, he then aims for the tree that stood infront of him, keeping a constant chakra supply in the orb and having ful control over the orb's shape using chakra manipulation he extends his arms and releases a sudden pressured chakra behind the orb to make it act and fire as a bullet, its strength so amazing that tears the ree back bending it and making it roots sprout out of the ground, while Blizzard had his feet dragged backwards scraping the soil which helped him balance his heel on the ground. "Phew that was fun."

(Kage Shuriken no Jutsu) - Shadow Shuriken Technique

Description: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a giant Windmill Shuriken. When throwing the shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. The hidden secondary shuriken can then approach the target without their being aware.

I unexpectedly toss you over two giant windmill shurikens. Using your ninja reflexes and timing, I want you to throw the first shuriken towards your desired location. With a small delay, I want you to throw the second shuriken as well. The second will be thrown in such a way that it would hide in the shadow of the first, allowing you to create a surprise attack.

Sensei begins to explain the basics but my mind goes completely dumb and wonders off because of boredom, sensei noticing me not paying attention, He yells at me loud in the ear Are you listening !! Okay, Okay, Fine I will listen and perform.

Getting ready, I begin to pick up the two giant shurikens, I need to aim them towards something, Sensei ends up making a clone. Getting my stance correct, I throw one of the shurikens towards the dummy almost simultaneously I throw the other one as well, I make sure I am towards the shadow of the first shuriken that way it will be unseen. The clone dodges the first shuriken but he fails to dodge the second one because he was unable to see it. It pierces the clone and the clone disperses.

• - Insert info - Okay this jutsu is very good mainly because it has a great snick attack to it that it would be very difficult for the opponent to catch and evade.
• - Insert info - It require minimal effort to perform and quite frankly whats better then that? Being able to set up an attack without wasting that much chakra is always the best thing for a ninja.

It can only be used against animal (summons or not) and works by forcefully using your chakra to restrain the summon physically by holding it in place. It can, however, be broken by outside means or brute force, making it less effective against bigger summons like boss summons or similar.
Note: lasts only as long as the user is focusing on the target to sustain it..

KUCHIYOSE NO JUTSU!

Suddenly, a common sized Liger appears within noni's medium range.

Similar to genjutsu but not entirely, I want you to release your chakra outwards and insert into my Liger's body. This is a very "unique" ninjutsu technique that allows you to partially "control" my Liger's body by restricting its movement and bind it in place. You will focus your chakra around all of my Liger's important limbs and basically constrict his muscles, not allowing him to move freely, freezing him in place.

Without warning, the Liger starts bolting towards noni at full speed in a zig-zag manner.

I begin to channel the chakra around the Ligers limbs and muscles, Strengthening my grip on the Liger, I prevent his movements and thus I live to see another day!
Sensei has the Liger disperse and makes me explain about the jutsu.

Strong points

• - Insert info - This jutsu is good for stopping a animal if the anime is put on short range for you. It gives a opportunity to not just go back out of range but also you can set up a strategy while holding the animal.
• - Insert info - It can cover more then just one animal.

Weak points

• - Insert info - Sadly this jutsu is only good against animals which is a damn shame but I guess it would have been to OP if it worked with Ninjas as well.
• - Insert info - You must concentrate on the animal the whole time. If you lose concentration you can accidentally release the grip you put on the anime and release him. Leaving you open.

Combinations-strategies: What I would do is have a set up for the jutsu. I would first get the animal to lose its focus or sight of me, Then I will make a clone of any nature preferably Doton clone. I will have my clone dig under the ground and get ready. This is when I place the restrain on the animal and then my clone will jump up and strike the animal.

Ways to counter this technique: The best way is have my opponent lose concentration on my animal. I can just send incoming attacks towards him making him have to forget about the animal and focus on the task at hand and thats my weapons heading towards him.

Truth be told.. this jutsu used to work on ninjas as well, at least in our RP. However it seems as though they've made some updates to it. I'm quite content with it, plus we already have Killing Intent and genjutsu to immobilize ninja, we don't need yet another technique.

Description: The user is able to call forth needles into their mouth and then spit them at their opponent with great accuracy.

Now.. this is a very delicate technique. One might even say that is quite dangerous if done wrong. I want you to grab a hold of 1-3 senbon needles. You will then continue by pointing your head upwards, looking straight up with your mouth open, having a clear opening on your mouth/throat. You will then proceed to coat each individual senbon with a layer of chakra, allowing you to be protected as you swallow each senbon, storing them away for a short period of time inside of yourself. After you've stored each senbon, I want you to release them one after anther by giving them a forceful push with your chakra, allowing you to release them like darts out of your mouth.

OOC: As it stands, this technique is a bit dangerous and awful to perform, so I will make sure with a RP MOD whether or not we can make the senbons out of pure chakra.

After hearing what sensei and telling me about the next jutsu I'm shocked ! I think how am I supposed to do this I can kill myself ! Nonetheless Sensei Mathias gives me some motivation so I decide to give it a try anyway. But I then explain to sensei...If I die, Stay away from my funeral. Because its your fault I'm dead U_U

Sensei hands me three senbons, I think tilt my head upwards and I look straight up in the sky and notice the drifting clouds...I open my mouth and stick the senbons inside of my mouth. I then begin to channel my chakra towards the senbon and cover the senbon with my chakra preventing any accidents. I slowly begin to swallow the senbon and they land in my like a jagged rock. I then now begin to channel my chakra towards the senbon inside my stomach and give a strong push towards the senbons and release one after the other, Aiming them at a tree.
This was unpleasant but at least I'm alive.

• - Insert info - I can aim the senbon one by one where ever I want to aim them which is a plus for the jutsu.

Combinations-strategies: Due to the length of the jutsu setting up and the risk, I must create a distraction, Probably summon a animal to attack the opponent and leave him distracted. Then I would release the senbons towards fatal spots of the opponent.

Ways to counter this technique: Can easily block the senbons with a wall. I can also try to attack the opponent while he sets up the jutsu. Besides senbons are not very powerful. There only strong if aimed by a master with senbons and also towards a fatal spot so yea I would use just a wall.

I want you to lure my clone to the sakura forest (a random forest I made up that has cherry blossom trees) you will then continue by focusing your chakra outwards towards the leaves of the trees, manipulating each individual one, causing them to swirl around my clone, effectively confusing him and blocking his vision.
