For the summoning since you already have two contracts it is assumed you already learned it. I always assumed that tech comes auto when you sign something, though I will talk with a head sensei/mod to be sure. But I won't teach it to you since you have 2 legit contracts already.

Description: After performing the needed hand seal the user summons a giant Iron maneki neko, which appears beneath the opponent from underground, split down the middle. The statue then closes in on the opponent trapping them inside and wrapped around with iron chains and then dragged underground.

Can be used by anyone, if it was restricted to a character it would have a note, mention in the description, or moved to a different section. Plus I've seen it being taught as well. Any other questions?


(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Gojū Rashōmon) Summoning Technique: Quintuple Rashōmon
Type: Defensive
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short-Mid

Description:
The user draws blood and does the summoning handseals, slamming his hand on the ground. With one already boasting enormous defensive properties, with this technique the user summons five Rashōmon gates to block an incoming attack. The defence is quite formidable, and with five gates, the user is also able to change the trajectory of an incoming attack if they are proven unable to completely stop it. This technique can defend the user against any S-Rank technique but, due to its enormous scale, becomes hard to use in most situations because of the area one needs to summon the gates.
Note: Usable twice per battle

Nah don't worry about it.

On the Quintuple Rashōmon, I saw it in the anime and I think on an AMV. Not sure about if its in the NUNS4 Trailer. But it's mostly used for stopping or changing the trajectory of large scale techniques. I take it as a slow technique like you mentioned in the other jutsu but I cant help to think that since its a summoning, it would happen faster. I mean look at how Hashirama does it.

It happens fast, but think about it in response that video. All the layers erect one after the other, they are spaced out evenly, you have to slam your hands on the ground, etc Of course when you perform it and get everything off it will rise well enough, and fast enough, but it is no coincidence that Hashirama was in a long range when he performed it. Now it did rise fast enough to intercept a moving Bijuudama, so sure it is fast, but where you are positioned matters as well.

With THAT being said. I don't see anything else, your training was unorthodox in the beginning, hopefully I got everything reviewed everything just in case. With that being said, completed z.z
