Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.

Well the good thing is that the opponent gets distracted and probably can't really perform an action, this is a good opportunity for a clone to strike him with something, or just yourself performing a quick action after killing intent

There's not really a way to counter it, but you should prevent the opponent from using this. Or you could have a clone/ally that distracts the opponent, what causes him to lose focus on you.

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

It just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand, which can create a destructive impact. Limit: None
Now then, this is very hard to explain to someone who has little training in ninjutsu. It is a three step process
The first step *throws you a water balloon that fits in your palm* learning how to burst a water balloon by spinning the water inside in multiple directions at once using only the user's chakra, which emphasizes your chakra rotation.
Once you complete that. *Throws you a rubber ball the same size* The second step is to burst this rubber ball, and since rubber is thicker, and air is completely different from water, it forces you to use denser chakra to break it. This step emphasizes power but you'll notice that you'll be moving it quite a lot in your palm as you try to pop it.
The third and final step is to combine both step one and two by spinning chakra inside this new balloon *throws you a 3rd balloon once you popped the others* without moving the balloon itself, emphasizing stability of the sphere shape.
This will take a while. So feel free to take as long as you need.

I gathered my chakra and I focussed very very good. I crossed both of my first two fingers and I manipulated my gathered chakra. I concentrated on it, and used my fingers for a more precise chakra control. I released the chakra,manipulated the chakra structure and I shouted "Kage Buinshin no jutsu!" I created a shadow clone of myself, and he was standing next to me.
I grabbed the water balloon (I honestly wrote watermelon first) and I gathered my chakra and focussed on it. I concentrated and released the chakra into the water balloon. I manipulated the chakra and caused it to spin inside the balloon. I was just holding it with my right hand and the chakra was rotating in the water balloon counter clockwise with my . After a minute of spinning nothing happened. "Damn, what's the trick behind this?" Suddenly I saw a cat playing with one water balloon of your stock. He was rolling the water balloon to the left with his right paw, then to the right with his left paw, and eventually the balloon popped!
"I see!" I put the water balloon on the ground, and did the same thing, rolling it from the right to left to the front to the back to the right to the left *pop*. The water balloon popped! "Now I'm sure!" I grabbed another water balloon from your stock, and I channeled my chakra into it again and it started to rotate it while I was holding it with my right hand. I manipulated the chakra inside it and changed every 3 seconds the direction of the rotating and spinning of the chakra. clockwise-counter clockwise. After like 20 seconds my hand was soaked with water of the popped waterballoon!
I grabbed the rubber ball, and when I grabbed it I noticed it was quite strong. I pinched the rubber balloon really hard but nothing happened. Then I pressed it between both of my hands and still nothing happened. I was holding it with just my right hand and I gathered my chakra and focussed very good. I channeled it into my right hand and concentrated. I released the chakra inside the rubber balloon. "I'll try it a bit different for now." I grabbed the balloon with my left hand and put my right hand on it. I channeled the chakra into it with my right hand. I was moving my hands a lot and holding it tight with my left hand. I even channeled more chakra into it and there was right now very dense chakra in inside the rubber balloon. This also caused the air inside the balloon to be more dense and eventually after there was a lot of pressure inside the balloon, the rubber balloon popped. I grabbed another rubber balloon and tried it with only one hand. I was holding it with my right hand and channeling a lot of chakra into it. The balloon popped once again

I released the chakra out of my right hand and concentrated. I started to manipulate the chakra so it wouldn't flow into the air, but it would be dense and kept together in a ball shape. I added more chakra to it to make it more dense. Now I caused the chakra to spin in different directions. I manipulated it to make the spinning faster and from different direction and to make the chakra ball even denser. Now I created a rasengan in my hand. I hit my shadow clone I just created right in his stomach and shouted "RASENGAN" ! Because of the damage due to the dense chakra and the spinning of it he vanished. *poof*

After a long couple of hours you have mastered the rasengan, able to blow a clone away with it. The cat has also mastered it, blowing away another cat while meowing out loud (translates to Catsengan!)
Now that you have both mastered these expert ninja crafts. First of all, you go back to the Cat Palace with the old lady.

And now back to the scheduled training. You should breeze by now that we've skipped to some of the more advanced stuff and worked on that.

throw a large number of kunai with pouches of small white paper bombs attached to them, once the pouches burst open throw a bomb kunai (or some other way of igniting them) to cause a chain explosion.

I'm going to hold off on teaching you those other ones you requested, they aren't needed for your test necessarily and it'd be unfair to just teach you the ones you want right off the bat when I don't do that with everyone else.

(Shunshin no Jutsu) - Body Flicker Technique

Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement, the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
This is banned from battles (minus the character specific versions that came out recently) but you could use it for RP purposes so we'll learn it anyway. Focus chakra into your legs for a super quick burst of speed and you can use varying things to leave behind (smoke most commonly, leaves, mist etc)

Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement, the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
This is banned from battles (minus the character specific versions that came out recently) but you could use it for RP purposes so we'll learn it anyway. Focus chakra into your legs for a super quick burst of speed and you can use varying things to leave behind (smoke most commonly, leaves, mist etc)

none since it can't be used in battle, but I'd basically use it to appear behind him very fast without him able to track him and strike him.
Ways to counter:
be faster than the opponent U_U but non really since it's a movement technique, so only prevention is possible

I gathered my chakra and focussed on it. I channeled it into my whole body and while concentrating I released my chakra and moved very fast and appeared 20 meters infront of me in an instant, while leaving a smoke cloud behind.

I started to talk and released the chakra at the same time and manipulated it 10 meters far away. I projected my voice there while I was standing on another place..

Basic ninja tool combo, drop a smoke bomb in an area and toss some Makibishi (spiked balls) on the ground under cover of the smoke so that if the opponent is foolish enough to run through the smoke they'll stomp these while running and injure their feet.
