Sorry! Got busy, was online but didn't have time to reply! ><
We aren't perfect ninja, so expect to mess up a few times (actually, we role play in fights as perfect ninja, not messing up on anything lol)
The basis behind the first part was learning to control your chakra and rotate it, causing it to destroy the water balloon. This time, it'll be more difficult. A rubber ball is thicker than a balloon, thus it will require more effort and greater chakra control.

The trick behind this one involves power. :O

"Once again a simple task, i only need to quintuple the amount of chakra..." Sasuke gets a good grip of the ballon, he concentrates on his chakra and on quintupling it, he moves the chakra into his right hand that is holding the ballon, he moves it at a slow pace as if he is doing it on purposes, after the chakra is in the middle of Sasukes arm, chakra immediatly bursts from around him making it visible, he channels the large amount of chakra into the ballon and concentrates it, spikes begin to form all around the ball of rubber, as Sasuke controls the chakra like the first step to make the large amount of chakra spin and move in all different directions, like a spiraling sphere, Spikes begin to appear around the rubber ballon, and it explodes "Done..."

Vergil looks over towards Sasuke and and shrugs his shoulders. He grasps the ball and begins flowing raw chakra throughout his body. The circulation throughout his system allows him to fluently insert the raw chakra into the ball. I then give the ball the death stare as I begin focusing on the chakra inside the ball. Causing the chakra inside the ball to begin to circulate. Just as it was inside me. Finally, I decide to suddenly cause the ball to explode by causing the chakra to spread out from all sides at once.

Pretty much done in freeform all the time, you make clones that spread around, surrounding the target and throwing kunais/shuriken at him. Simple.
(Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu

Well, i would think most of them work, but the Rock Rasengan and Lightning Rasengan, yeah, i don't see that working :|
Wind- Duh
Fire- Fire and Rasengan would have the same speed, making them work together well, they both have very destructive properties aswell
Water- Well, i think it would work perfectly
Earth- You would have a spinning rock in your hand, nothing much more than that
Lightning- Well, if you want speed with your Rasengan id say get a Wind Rasengan, we already saw it working, but lightning?.. Meh... I would imagine sparks and stuff, but no sphere, Spiraling Sphere wouldn't be a Spiraling Sphere if it was Spiraling Sparks, would it?

Oh. Well infusing a certain element with the rasengan's raw chakra would reflect the respective elements properties. The wind rasengan would be strong against lighting and weak to fire. The fire would be strong to wind and weak to water. The water one would be strong to fire and weak to earth. And so on and so forth.

.Yeah, Yonkfudhxhg said what I was looking for. <_< Lightning Rasegans don't sound likely due to the erratic and quick jumping nature of lightning. Earth Rasengans would essentially be a spinning rock lol.
