Got inspired by another thread. Who are ninja that if rooted to the spot could stop or survive a gun shot?

Tbh, a lot of shinobi, if Itachi can react to Lightning and activate Susano'o in such a short time, a lot of shinobi with decent speed could react and dodge as Lightning>>>>>Bullet in terms of speed.

And nearly any shinobi should survive a bullet wound with a medical nin around.

No it says that you can't dodge- rooted to the spot.

I'm also wondering about the 9 jinchuuriki. Not sure if a bullet can stop a fully transformed jinchuuriki.

Can any ninja dodge or react in time to repeal a bullet?
-I doubt they can, I believe a 9mm hand gun can fire a bullet that travels about 650 mph. I don't think any ninja could dodge it

since susanoo activation is instantaneous itachi, sasuke and madara can protect themselves. Minato also can thanks to FTG. Hashirama can simply heal himself without even performing handseals. Same goes for tsunade(i mean c'mon she's cut into half and she's still breathing). obito can make the bullet pass through his body no problem. Rest idk.
