i think that ninjas who use Forbidden techniques are the most difficult to beat.look at oro,kakuzu etc and all of these ninjasare potential solo kings.one lost to itachi(without prep) while other lost to hashi.
i think that other than hashi,the only candidates for solo kings would be ninjas who use kinjutsu (orochimaru,kakuzu).ther than that,the only people who would be solo kings are hiruzen(god of shinobi),tobirama.
