This would be my top:
1- Deva path. He has the most badass look in NV imo.
2- Zabuza. with that gigant sword, no shirt, demon chakra, he looks really strong (look my sig)
3- Black zetsu. The first time i saw him i tought that he was like the strongest akatsuki, his voice is scary.
4- Kakuzu. just look at my avatar, by his look i'd say i never want to have troubles with him.
5- Kakashi. Generally, in movies, anime, etc.. the guy with one weird eye is very strong.
6- A, His gigant, and when he uses V2 raiton armour he seems like a ssj2.
7- 3rd raikage, He seems like a wolf-man
8- Baki, he looks strong indeed, but he's fodder
9- Shino, the tippical misterious guy that always has a secret that makes him veyr powerfull
10- Madara, :=)
