I mean this guys started as weak kids and know they grow up to one of the strongest Ninja's....most of character started with hype or at their prime, but not Naruto and Sasuke they had to work to get here and in the future they will become the strongest.

Sasuke and Naruto... :| Even tough, I waould like to see a pure blood Uzumaki a.k.a. Karin in a fight, she must have some potential since she's and Uzumaki and that is Naruto's clan so they must be more powerfull than already shown...

OT: Ino, maybe she can surpass her father's level of shintenshin no jutsu or at least reach his level. Or sakura; she has the potential to reach Tsunade's level.

We don't know of many younger shinobi, however, Sasuke probably had/has the highest potential, and of course Naruto has his guts and will of fire.
