minato become fourth hokage at young age created rasengan improving FTG the was mastered by second hokage saved the village from obito and the nine tails

Honestly speaking, the one who was born most talented is probably Sakura. Her family isn't even a family of ninja. She became an amazing ninja without any special techniques of her own. She had nothing to boost her training time or anything to give her an extra edge. She's simply the strongest we've seen without anything from the start. Plus she didn't have an amazing dad like Kakashi.

Naruto was somewhat impeded by the nine-tails's presence. Especially when he was young, the seal messed with his control and everything and I believe Jiraiya implied his body was too small a container. Since learning how to cope with it he has certainly become something of a prodigy, but the second the kyuubi was put into him he had a pretty hefty shackle added to him.

But without kurama he would have been an elite ninja right off the bat. No questions asked XD
