Sasuke glared at Neji. Neji squinted.
Neji: (This chakra around me! It must be those black flames!)
Neji quickly began spinning just as Amaterasu was about to catch him. The Amaterasu then scattered around Neji. Neji stopped spinning.
Sasuke: (He saw Amaterasu?) You dare mock me with those eyes of yours!
Sasuke formed another Chidori and he stretched it into a sword. He then began rushing towards Neji.
Tenten: Not so fast!
Tenten swung the fan, sending a powrful gust of wind at Sasuke.
Sasuke: (Dammit!)
Sasuke stopped and leapt over the wind gust. As he landed, Neji came in with a taijutsu attack. Sasuke quickly streamed Chidori around his body. Neji gasped and began spinning in midair, knocking Sasuke back. As Neji landed, electricity ran through his body.
Neji: (So some of his lightning got through? No matter. I'll take him out with my new technique!)
Neji focused his chakra to his palm.
Sasuke: (What's he up to?) What's the matter? Won't fight anymore!
Neji scowled, then stretched his palm out at Sasuke.
Neji: Hyuga Style! Empty Strike!
Sasuke: (That chakra! It's heavy, but I don't see anything else!)
Sasuke created a partial Susano'o composed of bones around his body. Suddenly, something hard hit the bones, causing a them to rupture and collapse.
Sasuke: (What the hell? That attack could have broken every bone in my body!)
Tenten: (How did Sasuke survive that?!)
Neji let out a deep breath and started panting.
Neji: (Those bones protected him. That was one of my strongest attacks. I may have to go all out... Even if though I won't be able to move if I used those techniques...)
Kabuto turned to Anko's unconscience body.
Kabuto: (Don't worry. I'll put you out of your misery soon enough. That mark on your neck contains something special: the very essence of Orochimaru's chakra, all wrapped up into one. Once I have it, I won't have to worry about Orochimaru ever again. Then, I can unlock my true potential...)
Kabuto turned away from Anko.
Kabuto: (But for now, I've got bigger fish to worry about!)
Kakashi threw several chakra infused kunai at the Two-tails. The Two-tails quickly blasted them down with mini fire balls.
Kakashi: (She must be saving that ability... The one that repels. Is she like Pein, where the bodies have one unique power, or is this something different? She seems to have more control of herself than Pein's bodies did.)
Two-tails: Trying to find me out? It won't matter. I will win.
Kakashi: Oh yeah?
Kakashi threw the chakra infused Cleaver at Two-tails. The Two-tails blasted it away with Shinra Tensei. The blade went spining back towards Kakshi, who leapt over it with Raikiri in hand. Kakashi ran over to Two-tails and thrusted Raikiri forward. The Two-tails began to shoot Kakashi with fire, but Kakashi caught it just in time.
Two-tails: What is this?
Kakashi: A special variant of Raikiri. On contact, it dispells around the victim's body, numbing the nervous and circulatory system. Since the chakra network is so closely intwined with the circulatory system, your chakra flow is also numbed. You won't be using any techniques for a while.
Two-tails: Good for you... But it must be killing you right now to be continuosly flowing your chakra.
The Two-tails reached up and grabbed Kakashi's arm.
Kakashi: ?!!
Two-tails then pulled Kakashi's arm out and tossed him aside.
Two-tails: But Edo Tensei works constanly, healing any injury. Those numbing effects are constantly in affect, but Edo Tensei is more constant. Your numbing jutsu is decreasing as we speak.
Lee appeared behind Two-tails.
Lee: How about this!
Lee grabbed Two-tails and let out a wave of chakra.
Two-tails: (Gates, huh?)
Lee then shot up into the air with the Two-tails.
Two-tails: (Two seconds left...)
Lee then went back down, driving himself and Two-tails towards the ground.
Two-tails: (This is going to be close!)
Lee almost hit the ground, when an explosion erupted around them.
Kakashi: (Did he hit him? I can't tell!)
Lee burst from the dust cloud, still in Gates.
Lee: (What happened? It's like she used a shockwave to counter the shockwave of my impact. He nullified my attack.)
The smoke cleared away from around Two-tails.
Two-tails: It's time to end this!
Two-tails stretched out its hand and pulled Lee in.
Kakashi: (Lee!)
Two-tails pulled a large kunai out of its sleeve. It thrusted the kunai toward Lee when Kakashi blocked with a kunai. Kakashi's kunai broke and Two-tails slashed his chest. Lee landed.
Lee: Kakashi sensei!!
Kakashi: Don't worry about me.
Kakashi opened his left eye.
Two-tails: Your Mangekyou.
Kakashi: Goodbye.
Suddenly, a strong wind picked up around Two-tails.
Two-tails: You got me...
A black hole appeared in the pit of Two-tails' stomach and it was pulled in along with the earth around it, leaving a small crater where it had been.
Kakashi: Whew! I did it.
Kakashi let out a deep breath.
Itachi: Naruto, you and Bee continue on. I have something else to do.
Naruto: What?
Itachi: I know where the caster of the jutsu is. I can take him out. Normally Edo Tensei has no weakness, but the caster made a grave mistake.
Bee: Well? What the f**k is it?
Itachi told them the mistake.
Naruto: Oh, I see!
Itachi turned away from them.
Itachi: Naruto, I leave Sasuke up to you. If anyone can save the day, it'll be you. And remember, you have your friends, who have acknowledged you. That is what makes a true Hokage!
Itachi leapt off.
