Which main characters are weaker than secondary characters that are similar to them technique-wise?

Fu and Inoichi>Ino
Torune>Shino

In the Anime it's said Sakumo was above the Sannin, but it never said in a 3v1 battle.

In the Manga (Which is more accurate), it's said he's on par with the Sannin (Meaning on the same skill level)

It's mentioned during the pursuit of Itachi arc, sometime after the Amaterasu flames are surrounding the battlefield of Itachi and Sasuke. However I can't remember the exact chapter, just give a look around that area and it should mention it when they're trying to find where the fight is taking place. (If my memory serves correct then that's around the area in the manga)

But yeah that's about her only feat haha

Edit- Neji can see up to (at least) 800 meters, where as Hinata can see up to 10 kilometers (1 kilometer = 1,000 meters), was just including the extra information since I can't remember the exact chapter.
