I think everyone's aversion to the tech is the fact that it seemingly strips away the whole concept of what Naruto was built on. Hard work. Being a ninja, a shinobi, was a privilege that was only obtained by those who had talents and skill above the average person. Once they gained the title of a shinobi, they had to prove themselves again and again of being worthy to have such a title.. otherwise they'd just be a joke and end up killed at some point. These people had to endure. They understood there are obstacles, hardship, loss from an early age and they faced that without batting an eye.
With ninja tech, anyone can do anything without much effort. No one will have to endure years of intense training, obstacles, hardship, and loss that the shinobi had to deal with. Sure, it will still be hard for someone with no battle experience to go up against an elite ninja that trained all their life.. but it would still fill in that gap significantly. There wouldn't be a need for a regular shinobi at that point. Not unless they have a special ability or KKG that still sets them apart (which might not even last long). It's a weird almost taboo thought for the Naruto universe to end up like this. It isn't BAD.. it actually sets Boruto apart from Naruto storywise.. It's just strange considering it's been 20 years of watching everyone struggle and put everything they got into making themselves strong through sheer effort.. and now literally anyone could accomplish that with a push of a button.
