Part 1 Naruto(demon wind shuriken) is not low tier.

He can literally fight all the high tiers inside and outside their awakenings.

Once you know how to counter it though it's just like battling an Itachi player who can't stop using that crow tilt

No spectating mode,barely any move set updates to older character,terrible online when it first came ,removed stages are some disappointing things that were disappointing off the top of my head

Pokemon has changed a lot over the years. Just look at the movesets of some Pokemon. They get updated every gen.

All modern game series have a little difference from there former versions. I felt for a while that Cyberconnect 2 was holding this Naruto franchise back due to the same mechanics used since PS3 version. Hopefully a newer company will bring some fresher changes.
