Madara's eyes, Muu's invisibility, Minato's Speed, Shikamaru/Itachi/Kakashi's intelligence, Naruto's chakra, Tsunade's healing, Gai's taijutsu.
An Uchiha (who has Uzumaki blood and who happens o be an intellectual genius) is trained Taijutsu since he was 4 by his sensei/parent/guardian (who's at Gai's level).
At age 10 he unlocks Sharingan (let's say when the trainer dies).
He goes to a nearby village where he is taught medical ninjutsu from Tsunade for 4 years (so he can save people).
He is faced by the killer of his sensei who is about to kill him when he unlocks MS and kills him with a surprise MS technique at age 14.
Tsunade decides to make him her personal student and teaches him her secret technique (Yin Seal). He decides to leave the village to learn more stuff rather than become a professional ninja at age 17.
He goes to the Hidden Rock Village where he steals a scroll containing Muu's invisibility jutsu (he's a bit twisted and is like Orochimaru in personality) age 21.
He continues to train for 5 years (which is devoted mostly to speed but he also learns how to open the gates) while trying to discover his roots.
He discovers a man with similar eyes to him who tries to kill him for his eyes - the assailant also has MS and wants EMS.
After our character defeats his attacker, the defeated offers his eyes as a reward (he's a prideful man) and tells him about EMS.
Our character gets EMS.
10 years later, the EMS reacts with the Uzumaki blood and forms Rinnegan (Uzumaki are related to Senju).
Age 36, we have our haxxed hero/villain/anti-hero/whatever. XD
