I think it's inside minato as well. I think minato will see that naruto has control of the nine tails and that they are friends and that will make him release the rest and it will go to naruto.
Minato having it sealed inside him still makes it the only logical reason to why saskue could get it instead of naruto.
I doubt that saskue will get it but I just thought I'd put it out there as the only way saskue gets the other half of the chakra.

Kurama doesn't really need it he's already OP anyway.

not really besides we need a new generation character that can some what fight on par with hashi and madara. ( i would say itachi and minato but even then they are not new gen like naruto or sasuke). not including having an ET army.

Naruto and Kurama share their chakra and if u forgot Naruto's chakra might not be Tailed beast chakra but he has huge reserves that help Kurama compensate for the lack of his other chakra. If u see Kurama can't even go full beast mode now that Naruto has control of his remaining chakra..We jus get the yellow energy fox look not the full beast mode..Thats why he can only last 5 mintues in that mode.

guess it makes sense never looked at his RM lvl2 as just an energy fox. maybe the missing yin will allow kurama form to come out the one obito summoned.

or maybe some rumors are true and Rikudo sage sealed his soul in Kurama and hence the difference in transformation

doubling it does not, because currently, we still do not know anything about the juubis power... so JUUBI > narutoverse atm, it will own them all lol so kurama needs the other half!! or something...

wood be lame if Shinobi only wins the war coz of the 1-4 hokages and maybe taka n orochi.

manga was when in doubt use shear will power and bonds and some cool strategy to win.

now it seems when in doubt use ET or use naruto like a cell phone charger.

The difference is Kurama didn't get his chakra drained. He got a portion of his chakra ripped out, his yin half. We know that Kurama didn't regain his chakra because if you look at the fight between him and Naruto he looks way smaller than he should. Also since the yin (physical) part of his chakra is missing it's why when Naruto uses Bijuu Mode Kurama looks spectral.

The other half could still be within Minato. Minato could've used the death god to seal it within himself becoming a jinchuriki. So it wouldn't come out when all the other souls were released.

but assuming minato is say a jink, how would he remove the yin so kurama can absorn it etc.
