Just a general query really.. When Minato sealed half the none tails chakra away, did it go inside him or inside the shinigami? And now that the shinigami had its stomach cut open and everything got released, do you think the two halves could become whole again and give naruto and the nine tails more power?

It's been discussed before and yes, it's definitely possible that he'll regain the chakra that was sealed away.
Makes you wonder though, Naruto is already very strong, by the looks of it, stronger than every other Jinchuuriki, and Kurama is only at half his power.

I think Minato sealed Kurama's chakra inside of himself. In the Kushina flashback Minato makes a statement saying that his chakra (kurama's) was really heavy.

How is Kurama Op and he only has half his powers?.I would understand if he had all his chakara plus something else
Oh yeah, dont get me wrong, the way it is now I'm not saying for a second that he needs a power up of that size. I mean if this is only half of his power, doubling it seems a bit extreme. Heres hoping Kishimoto's love of Dragonball doesn't extend to relying on new transformations every chapter. (I say that as a Dragonball fan btw.)

doubling it does not, because currently, we still do not know anything about the juubis power... so JUUBI > narutoverse atm, it will own them all lol so kurama needs the other half!! or something...
Well actually, it's not only doubling it. It's more like tripling Kurama's size. Also, Minato sealed away the more powerful and deadlier half of the Kyuubi. For all we know, Kurama may be well over 2x stronger than his current self.

Logically since he lost half his strength and his size it he would be at half power. If Kishimoto wants Naruto and Kurama to go against the Juubi it be best if Kurama would be at full strength. Plus I also believe once Kurama got his full strength it would also give Naruto a boost and hopefully we get a full merger of Sage & beast mode.

wait what? how do you not think the 9tails is not OP already... he faced all the other tailed beast besides the 8 tails and 1 tail, and also matched a TBB the same size as all theirs combined.
Edit: Naruto was helping to but his chakra is no tailed beast chakra

Naruto and Kurama share their chakra and if u forgot Naruto's chakra might not be Tailed beast chakra but he has huge reserves that help Kurama compensate for the lack of his other chakra. If u see Kurama can't even go full beast mode now that Naruto has control of his remaining chakra..We jus get the yellow energy fox look not the full beast mode..Thats why he can only last 5 mintues in that mode.

I don't think so. When people in Naruto use up their chakra, they regain it by resting. We've even seen in recent episodes that Kurama is able to rebuild his chakra through rest when Naruto uses it all. Kurama has been resting inside Naruto for years. Any chakra that Kurama lost from Minato sealing it has already been restored through normal means.
The difference is Kurama didn't get his chakra drained. He got a portion of his chakra ripped out, his yin half. We know that Kurama didn't regain his chakra because if you look at the fight between him and Naruto he looks way smaller than he should. Also since the yin (physical) part of his chakra is missing it's why when Naruto uses Bijuu Mode Kurama looks spectral.
The other half could still be within Minato. Minato could've used the death god to seal it within himself becoming a jinchuriki. So it wouldn't come out when all the other souls were released.
