Minato had sealed half Kurama's chakra and yet, Naruto is the strongest and dominates everyone's ass. If Naruto had all of Kurama's chakra he would of killed Tobi,Sasuke,Jariya,Sakura,Orochimaru,Kabuto, and many more people that I don't remember. Naruto is still the strongest in the show and imagine if he had all the chakra but that would wreck the storyline because he would kill everyone in less than 5 minutes.

I actually have a theory about Kurama's chakra. If a tailed beast dies, then their chakra just ends up coming back, hence the tailed beast comes back, right? I think that Kurama's chakra is coming back slowly, like normal chakra.

That's only a theory of mine, but if not, then I can't imagine Kurama with all of his chakra. I can't imagine it because if Tobi got Kurama and the 8 tails, then it still would have been weakened because of the chakra missing.

Nine tails is just nuts. When naruto and kushina stole his chakara he was still able to make a tbb 5x the size of himself. His TBB also equals a joint tbb of 5 other bijuus. If naruto had all his chakra he would definitely be much stronger then he already is.
