In the circulatory system, there are eight inner gates, which act as both storage and chakra regulation. Tenketsu are small openings scattered all around the circulatory system, which allow a being to release chakra from their body. There are 361 tenketsu in total. Chakra is essential for the usage of all jutsu."

With a big sigh, she moves on; "A ninja or a shinobi is a fighter which is used as the primary power for all the villages in the shinobi world. He is a warrior which abides the village like no other, who fight for their lifes, their families, their friends and their village. All shinobi have dreams as well, and just as that, they try to achieve them no matter how hard this reality is. It is pretty self explanatory. A shinobi is one who endures, while still not lowering his head, moving forward towards his dreams."
Stretching her arms out, Shinobu continues "Hand-seals are some of the crucial parts of jutsu and ninja in general. They are often explained as a special shape you put your hands and fingers in in order to force the users chakra into different patterns allowing us to cast special jutsu which we need to preform an attack. There are ultimately 12 kinds of handseals which are all explained here."
"But handseals as the powers of a shinobi start getting bigger and the knowledge of the shinobi gets bigger as well he will be able to perform one element of his choice so well, he can perform every jutsu of that element with one simple handseal. While he can still master the others well enough to use every jutsu with a lot faster handseals. Narrowing down the usage time."

So with the usage of chakra he can use the ninjutsu, while manipulating this chakra, leaking it out of the body and allowing it to take special elemental affinities which could be used a very strong weapon for war. But to do that, the user needs to fully master the nature and shape manipulation. Nature manipulation is when you give your chakra, very special affinities which correspond and cause the birth of one special element from each 5 Fire, Lightning, Earth, Wind, and water. With the grows of the user's strength, he can use even higher levels of molding chakra which will ultimately cause the birth of other stronger affinities. Which most people reffer to as Kekkei Genkai or Bloodline limit, which can be set by the clan or can be learned and discovered."
"Shape manipulation is the way you can manipulate the chakra in different forms actually creating imaginary shapes with your mind and free will until you fill up that shape with raw chakra. The shapes can be more complex at times and the better the chakra control of the user, the stronger he will get, and the more chakra will he be able to shaper, with even more complex shapes."

Shinobu drops herself onto the floor crossing her legs and commences the meditative pose Preist instructed to do so. Focusing with an immense amount of pressure Shinobu begins to fill chakra from the centre of her body. Closing her eyes, she was focusing more, allowing her to easily forward on the process of spreading out the chakra, all around her circulatory system. Sweat dropplets forming on Shinobu's head proved her effort. Shinobu was channeling both physical and spiritual energies around her body.

Creative way? Well if there's a huge tree and the opponent is right after me, as I sligtly pass the tree I'd perform this jutsu and stay behind the tree whilst the clone takes off. It'll look like I ran past but really i just performed clone technique, drawing opponent away.

I reach for my ninja poach, grabbing a kunai. Sending it with rough force applying chakra manipulation, the kunai swiftly glides ahead and with a blink of an eye, the kunai explodes. I see spreading mist as the explosion gases ware.

The later is a replacement technique. You quickly replace yourself with objects you find on the terrain while you escape to a location.
Though this would be it for E-ranks. The rest of the techniques are something you grab at the academy and its quite easy to understand. You can analyse them here though.

chakra to mold, allowing him to drastically
boost the power of a technique. Tsunade
could even use this technique, together with her Creation Rebirth technique to, in
conjunction with her summon Katsuyu, heal
multiple people at the same time during
Pain's attack on Konohagakure. If used to
power the use of a technique, the recipient of
the chakra can boost one technique by adding +20 chakra to it which increases its damage
by +40. To do this, the recipient must mold
the technique while the user of Chakra Tenso
no Jutsu is transferring chakra into him,
meaning that both the transfer and the
technique must be done at the same time. The transfer can only be done with direct
contact between user and target and
restores the targets chakra by up to 100
points per turn.
