■The first step was learning how to burst a water balloon by spinning the water inside in multiple directions at once using only the user's chakra, which emphasises rotation.
■The second step was for the user to burst a rubber ball, and since rubber is thicker, and air is completely different from water, it forces the user to use denser chakra to break it. This step emphasises power.
■The third and final step was to combine both step one and two by spinning chakra inside a balloon without moving the balloon itself, emphasising stability of the sphere shape.

*I grab the water balloon with my right hand and lay the balloon in my right palm and begin to concentrate my chakra into the water inside the balloon. I gradually build up the chakra to a suitable amount and begin to use precise chakra control to begin to manipulate the water inside the balloon in such a way that it begins to rotate. Slowly at first, but gradually building up the rotation to a swift speed.

*I continue to rotate the water inside the balloon, to the point where the water is rotating so quickly that it causes the balloon to burst.

*I start off again and begin to concentrate my chakra into the rubber ball as I lay the ball in my right palm, I build up the amount of chakra and begin to manipulate the air inside the ball by using precise chakra control manipulating the air to make it rapidly spin, quicker and quicker until it eventually gets to a point where the rubber ball suddenly bursts.

Okay.

*I start off again and begin to concentrate chakra into the air inside the rubber ball..slowly at first but eventually building it up to a decent amount. From which I use to begin to manipulate the movement of the air..using precise chakra control, I make the air begin to rotate slowly at first but faster and faster as I concentrate even more chakra inside the rubber ball. I continue to charge more and more chakra inside the rubber ball while using the chakra to manipulate the rotation of the air to make it spin faster and faster.

*I grasp the balloon and lay it in my right palm and begin to concentrate chakra into the air inside it. Using precise chakra control, I manipulate the air inside the balloon so that it begins to spin and rotate..I continue to provide more chakra into the balloon so that the air spins abit more rapidly but also making sure I dont overdo it to maintain the balloon's stability.
