Name: Niiba Uchiha
Gender: Male
Age: Part 1: 12 (during the war) Part 2: 16 (4 years after war)
Chakra nature: Fire and Lightning
Looks: Dark brown hair that looks like Madaras(When he was young). He wears a dark red long sleaved traditional uchia shirt. With a black skirt like nejis and garas. Wears his headban around his waist.
Weapons: Later on he gets Madaras Syth and his Gunbai.
Goal in life: Wants to restore his clan but in a peaceful way and hopes that he can be hokage and show that Uchihas are good people and nothing like the past bad uchihas(Itachi, Madara, Sasuke, obito)
MS: Is Past, present, future.
(Past) He can go in past in a battle and replay it to dodge or prevent it.
(Present) he can slow down time to a certain point, but it does not affect him.
(Future) It is mostly inhanced his uchia eyes to almost see the whole battle before it is done.

Life story
He was born in the uchiha clan but when Itachi went to murder the clan Danzo wanted him to select few babies for tests for the stronger Sharingan. But Niiba was a late bloomer for his eyes to open. He was kept until Root closed down after Danzos death. Root opritives burned all the evidence but some experements escaped including Niiba. Although he was untouched by Danzo he had no where to go.
Now Im stuck on how getting him into a group in the exams so if you have a theory let me know. BUt here is my theory.
Sai a former ROOT nina understood niiba and other kids that danzo had (not all uchiha). He convinced the elders and Hokage to let the kids join the other Genin. (this was right before the war started). So him of a group of three with Sai as their sensi they became a team. With along a girl Uzimake (remember the ukimake clan all dispersed all over), with a boy that has the same skills as suigestu.
Give me feedback and please consider that facts can prove this to be realistic. THANKS
