I can't tell if you are asking if it actually hits the person, or if they went against Guy and he happened to use it.

Either way, only Madara, Kaguya, Hashirama, Naruto, Sasuke or a tailed beast could survive. If anything, they could outlast Guy what with his limited time in the eight gate form.

Doubt it. He doesn't have any regeneration abilities. Madara only survived because his body was able to regenerate.

In my opinion no one can survive except my given three four persons because Night Guy uses space time technique so sasuke fast moving ability is failed also his hit is much powerful to break all the bones so naruto may survive but its 50 50
