Personally, I think that Night Guy should win.
Even the likes of a Ten Tails' Madara couldn't bypass the extreme attack power that was exemplified by the latter, so I don't really see how a significantly weaker shinobi like the likes of Delta - who couldn't defeat a weakened, holding back Naruto - could even remotely acclimatize to tanking the brunt of this attack, in this battle simulation.
