His power is defiantly limited, Kaguya is not even nigh omnipotent

They are 'immortal' in the naruto sense of the word tho and considerably strong

Hagoromo is "nigh-omnipotent", naruto is just extremely powerful calling naruto nigh-omnipotent is like calling the incredible hulk nigh omnipotent....which is untrue.

You're not exactly omnipotent but you can basically do almost anything you set your mind too, to the point of giving strong presence of you being omnipotent but you are not. Nigh-omnipotent beings are usually Immensely powerful beings that are usually casual planet busters at least, they aren't just known for their strength but also their wide variety of power that makes them seem unstoppable. it's as close to omnipotent as one is getting
