Info - Mizukage knows of Itachi's dangerous Genjutsu prowess, and Itachi knows of the Mirage.

Sharingan sees chakra so mirage gets seen through, Susanoo tanks Jokey Boy. if 2nd Mizukage uses Jokey Boy, Itachi would be able to detect his real body and confront him with a clone, while the real body sees through Jokey Boy's movements and use different Susanoo techniques to delay him from protecting real body, the shadow clone weakens 2nd Mizukage with shuriken+fire, finish him off with clone explosion.
I think Itachi's Susanoo can hold of Jokey Boy after he detects the real body, with yasaka magatama at long range and the Susanoo sword at short range.
