So, personally, I think Nidaime Hokage takes this simply because he probably has a better justu arsenal than the Yundaime but for sure, he'll be in a for a good fight (dont get me wrong, I love Minato too!)

I'll go with Minato simply because we don't know how Tobirama's S/T jutsu works yet but Minato has been shown capable to beat someone with better S/T than him. Though I wouldn't be surprised if Tobirama ended up being stronger than Minato being that he grew up in war with Hashirama and Madara.

But, in FTG Minato seems to have the better version since Tobirama seems to require preparation time to use it.
