Hey, i got those rain jutsus.. and mist... Would you mind i use them to? Since i am water specialist.. Im sure i could handle it.. But.. I dont think.. evryone should use that.. Only the water specialists .. Me, Zabuza, you, Nidaime..

Well, I am also master of water jutsu.. I have no problem if you say you're master in rain.. Masters of water: Nidaime, me, Zabuza.. And i think only us are allowed to use rain, mist jutsus.. Otherwise, evryone starts to use them.. And its not fair since they are not water specialist..
But, do you want to train or something?

If you are from rain: you are water master
If you are from mist: you are also water master..
Only these villages will be able to use Rain and mist techniques..
And your character has to come from there.. Not you're village on this site..
