coo is hard to call out cause it mostly seems just like a reaction i mean no one would ever know rebecca was using coo if luffy didint point it out so no one knows but she caught hakuba (who`s damn fast) like a little frog so may be it`s a haki thing

I think if it was Haki, she would have unlocked over the training years.

I think that was just good reflexes, otherwise Oda would've made it clear that was CoO.

Nope, even if Robin can't beat him, she still managed to stop Hakuba in his tracks. Hakuba just isn't M3 level. He hasn't beat any one impressive. So I wish people would stop comparing him with the M3. Sorry if I sound like a hater.

She has a haxx devil fruit, so she won't have Haki just immense skill/power to fight on the level of an average Haki user.

Well, actually Robin has a better sighting. Don't forget the old times when the Strawhats first met her back in Alabasta arc. She already warned them a few times that speed wasn't matter to her.

Again, she proved it in Dressrosa, where she could catch the running dwarf, despite people said nobody was able to see the little guys because they ran too fast.

The dwarf thing and this makes me wanna think Robin had Haki over the past two years, but Oda didn't mention her when asked about which Strawhats had Haki. Maybe she just had some kind of suppressed, unawakened form, like Haoshoku bursts.

Don't think so, not just yet a least. You have to remember Hakuba was running up the boulder at her from just point blank. She has some pretty sweet reactions though.

Robin could have stopped any M3 similarly to how she did with Hakuba. It's how her ability work(she also stopped Zoro for a second when they were on the ship). Now whether or not she could have restricted him for long is another matter and we don't know if she could or not considering Cavendish was having internal conflicts with Hakuba, not allowing him to really give his all. Cavendish even implied that if he left Hakuba out for a second later, he'd have killed Robin

To answer the question though, no i don't think she has haki
