Looks: Nicholas is a fairly large man standing six foot two and weighing two-hundred and fifteen or so pounds. His hair is a dark brown that is styled back at medium length. His face is adorned with a sharp mustache and pointed beard of matching color, with piercing blue eyes that contrast brilliantly with the dark hair. Hailing from the land of snow, he typically wears a heavy read coat with black fur cuffs. Underneath is a wool shirt that is buttoned down the middle, ranging in colors from blue to brown.

Personality: A fiercely passionate man, Nicholas is strong willed and has an ardent sense of good and bad. He values wonder and intrigue, and will fight to protect those concepts. North is a warrior with a heart of gold. Fierce, demanding, and impulsive, everything about him is larger than life. For North, nothing is impossible as long as he believes in it.

Background Info
History

Nicholas was born in a small village in the Land of Snow. His father was a toy maker who taught Nicholas the trade so he could one day take over the family business. When someone was gifted one of their toys, Nicholas noted the usual wonder and joy in their eyes and smiles. It made him very proud to be doing what he did. While Nicholas loved his village, he always had a sense of curiosity and wanted to see the world for himself. When he was old enough he decided it was time to explore, and he set out on his journey. He continued making toys and sought to bring that same joy and wonder to the people of other villages and countries, bringing the custom with him wherever he went.

Sadly, not all villages and countries were as peaceful as his snowy home. During his travels he came across the horrors of war and saw what it did to the people of small villages caught in the crossfire. Not one to sit idly by, Nicholas began to train himself so that he could protect those most vulnerable from warring factions aiming to destroy each other and everything around them. Over the course of his travels he undertook several missions that helped him further his reputation and hone his skills. These missions ranged from simple tasks such as delivering medicine to those in need, to exterminating an infestation of kikaichū. He had just begun his journey but Nicholas already felt he was making a positive impact on those around the ninja world.

On his last trip home to a small town in the Land of Snow, Nicholas' father revealed to him a family secret that had been kept hidden from him. His parents had hoped that his desire to become a ninja would subside and he would remain in the town where he was safe from his family's past, but Nicholas would not allow for that to be the take. They told Nicholas that his family was a distant branch of the Yuki clan, a clan from the Land of Water that was persecuted after a bloody civil war. The clan's members had sought to flee from such dangers and dispersed across the ninja world. Nicholas' father traveled to the Land of Snow where he took up residence in this small town and began making toys for the villagers. This craft was a way for him to bring joy to others while trying to wash away the sins of the Yuki clan's past. His father also revealed that the reason the Yuki clan was so feared and reviled was because of its rare ability to use ice release. Nicholas' father had never been able to use this ability, but it was possible that Nicholas could. This information was troubling to Nicholas at first, but it was in his nature to find the good in situations. He decided to try and unlock his ice release ability and use it for good.

Equipment: Nicholas carries a variety of tools and weapons with him. His main weapons are two large scimitar-like sabers, one kept on each hip. The typical tools such as kunai, shuriken, explosive tags, smoke bombs, flash bombs, etc. are stored within numerous pouches and hidden pockets on his person.
