Nice things about fillers and not reading mangas.

I agree the anime is most times better than the manga, and like you said there is usually more character development or sometimes things even tie in coincidently w/ what happening in the manga..
I also don't mind some fillers occasionally, but when they go months with fillers it really pisses me off, another annoying filler is the flashbacks, again, some are cool to remember, sometimes they just repeat repeat repeat
yep and i realize that even the main episodes do that too. but yea what u said is my point. some fillers are good and some are just bad. cant just hate all the fillers.

The only anime that was worth the filler was DBZ with the garlick jr arc and etc

that arc never happened.

In hindsight, the fillers can be pretty amusing to think about, regardless of their quality.

For example, the Star Village contained a meteorite capable of making their ninja seriously powerful (or so it was said). Logically, Orochimaru or the Akatsuki should have been foaming at the mouth to check this out, especially with the village being as small as it was. Should have been easy for someone really strong to solo the village and take off with their star, right? Instead, none of the heavy hitters were anywhere to be found during that storyline. During this storyline, the leader of the Star Village was also raving about how his powers with the star attached to him put him on par with the Five Kages. Again, someone the Akatsuki or Orochimaru would have at least been keeping an eye on. Nary a mention of the those groups in the anime, though.

In Naruto pre-Shippuden filler, we also saw the Artisan Village with four ninja working to resurrect their founder Seimei who was purported to be an "ultimate weapon." They had plans for world domination. Again, these guys supposedly never ran into the Akatsuki or Orochimaru in their travels? Doesn't make sense considering what the agenda of the various groups were.

Point being, filler can be watchable if you take it with a few grains of salt.

No one would complain about fillers if they didn't read the manga, and I personally consider filler cannon to a degree, but the **** comuinty doesn't.

lmao what can I do?
