I just don't get why the NFL would rig the game in favor of Seattle. The 49ers are a much more storied franchise with a bigger fan base, so if they wanted to rig it they would have rigged it for them.
Most of the calls in that video are very close, and get called the majority of the time, such as that first one. That is getting called helmet-helmet 99% of the time. When we slow it down and go frame by frame, we see that its clearly shoulder to shoulder. But at full speed from the ref's perspective that's the exact type of hit they're taught to call. Its just the way the game is these days.
These plays in this video really aren't bad calls, you see them constantly throughout every game of the year. That "hold" that comes after the TD reversal? You see that not get called 10 times a game in the NFL. Every offensive lineman grabs on to the defensive player, and when they pull away you'll see the jersey get pulled a little and then they let go. It never gets called. The rest are borderline plays that are just like that. I would imagine you could make this exact same video showing the game being rigged against the Seahawks.
