The animators of the episode are Bad and i know that already , i knew its gonna suck , BUT this is too much look:

Maybe some little girl wanted to draw this part , dunno , this is the only explanation.

375 had EXCELLENT animation then next canon episode ZERO!

The difference between the 2 pictures i posted is over 9000

The artwork is dreadful but I would say the animation is mediocre to average. Of course, a snapshot would make things worse- From the picture you posted, I would judge the quality of the episode as 2.5/10 but from the preview it is 3.5+.
