Yes , She may have healed THousands of shinobi at the same time , but that was because of the byakougou and her relationship with Katsuyu , where the user's power is used in conjuction with Katsuyu ,and both need to be at full force to be healed, it increases directly proportionately and multiplies with Katsuyu's ability but without one , the other will be slow and vice versa

Basically , Katsuyu has to be an amplifier

You may say Sakura has high Jonnin level Chakra Capacity? High Jonnin Level Shinobi need not have high/powerful chakra reserves , just like Kakashi or Yamato (And he is preety much the standard Jonin) For example , Yamato was shown complaining during Rasen-Shuriken Training that how tiring it is to supress Naruto and that Naruto has many times the reserve of a normal human being

And even Naruto in that state , can not grasp the concept of Sage mode for quite a few weeks

The only reason why Kabuto got Sage mode was due to his many infusions , some from the clan Jugo is from , Some from the uzumaki etc
