temari, being a jounin at that age, and being still alive after standing against 3rd raikage
Chōjūrō, one of the seven swordsman at such a young age. and he has probably the second strongest sword of them all. and he was the one to finish black zetsu off even though KM naruto clone, mizukage and some s-jounins (genma-raidou etc.) were there

Neji, Lee, and maybe the new Choji...that's it really. Even those guys aren't close to Naruto and Sasuke's level. Naruto passed them after beating Kakuzu, leapfrogged them by beating Pain, and downright became unsurpassable for them just by gaining control of Kurama's chakra, and even more so upon reconciling with him. Hell, with just Sage Mode they really stood no chance.

Chōjūrō - in the 7 swordsmen at a young age


Although it probably depends on what you mean by strongest, Shikamaru is a intelligent but I wouldn't say he is strong

1. Kabuto - on par with kakashi in part 1 and was wayyy younger with no kekkei genkai. how beast can you get??

2. Chojuro - i think that's his same...the swordsman guy

3. Shino - out of the konoha 11 (minus sasuke and naruto) he is the strongest. and i BEG someone to argue otherwise
