I don't believe that senju dna is necessary to awaken the rinnegan .In chapter 560 it make no mention of the rinnegan requiring senju dna. And yes after EMS is the rinnegan.

i think that any1 with ems can't evolve to rinnegan.. bcause first of all.. it would be stupid.. cuz its called 'unique' eye, madara was super uchiha and he had hashi cells etc weird shit and he knew how to obtain em, and i believe to get em you must die and return to live somehow to get em.. but that would be a waste, bcuz once you're dead.. you are dead lol, without edo tensei or king of hell. madara is just special case lol.

All this hype about the Rinnegan, Its not that great to be honest. And HOW MANY threads like this have been posted, hell its worse than the Tobi = Obito ones. Since when are Dōjutsus the most powerful things out there? Hell Danzo failed and how many eyes did he have? Sasuke still kicked his ass, Skill > # of/type of eyes any day.
