I think 4th Hokage is more likely than the 1st Hokage considering the number of fanboys he has, and thus the larger amount of money they will make.

Heh, don't get all that excited. Naruto Shippuden 4th Movie, the Lost Tower, had Minato in it and that movie was terrible.
