Tuka
Time manipulation (japanes mithology supports it for either sasuke or izuna)

Why would he attack Obito? They both hav same goals project tsukuyomi, no point in attack Obito since he contains the Juubi and the power to mak that dream into reality.Madara is already Op so no power up for him.

If I may ask OP. where is this Japanese mythology hinting at Time manipulation?

Not sure about Madara getting SM, but agreed on Naruto and Sasuke power-ups.

Naruto:

- Other half of Kyuubi chakra almost certain

- BM+SM very likely I would imagine

Sasuke:

- Perfect Susanoo almost certain IMO

- Yata Mirror + Totsuka Blade likely

- 1 additional EMS ability likely

let me make it clear - tsukuyomi is the gentjutsu created by MS not The sharingan. Sasuke has used tsukuyomi on bee, danzo, unknown kumo guard and Shee. Got it
