Honestly I can say I feel as tho we deserve alittle bit more story progression in the new naruto games I mean the next one seems like it doesn't even touch near the part were obito becomes a jin I mean come on we need more cooler charactes and edo kages and Im talking about konohas ! Also I dont get why hes still masked !? In the previews that jutsu naruto and sasuke used on obito was when he had already been unmasked and a jinchuriki so why would they make him masked still like its a secret ? Whats ur guys take on the next game.

It just seems so miscomplete and irrelevant I mean shisui have susanoo is great but why is shisui there when he isnt even being mentioned in chapters recently at all only anime has recently touched on him and they didnt even show him with susanoo ?? It just seems rushed honestly they prolly needed to push something out so this is what they came out with .

ok I completely agree with all the statements but what if revolution is just something to get people hype just like generations did show casing different move sets and characters, then we move to storm 4 honestly if there going by the manga this time they need to do it right go by the book there holding out for a reason storm 4 might not be out till next year

I can't really say right now but I feel as if their games need a deeper fighting system. Each game seems the same barring a few new characters, it's just not worth $60 to me

Pretty sure since this is not a numbered game this will focus more on the fighting mechanics and less in the story. Storm 4 is the one to focus in the story. Are you really that naive, Generations did the same thing, less story and more fighting. The game does not take place in the manga universe, it goes along with the anime, so dont go asking for characters that were just shown a couple of months ago where the anime has not caught up with yet. Its so stupid when people ask for example the Naruto version that we saw last week, are they really that oblivious on how the company handles character implementation to the game? Its not happening, if it really bothers you that much dont buy this game, because the company has more than emphasized the it is not a numbered sequel that focuses in the story rather the fighting mechanics of he series. Wait until Storm 4 comes out. Next time read some articles or do a little research so you wont sound ignorant.

As others have said, this game will focus on revolutionising and making the playing experience as smooth and balanced as possible, and not on story mode. That will come after, once the Manga is finished.

I'm actually quite hyped for it, since all the animated material will be cannon, as will the story of Akatsuki. I think Kishi himself wrote the ''script'' and made the character designs. And it will have Shisui Uchiha with Susano'o, so, yeah. Good stuff

Theres no logic in this thread... First of all the naruto games follow the anime, not the manga, we got lucky with Storm 3 but they didn't reveal obito because he wasn't revealed in the anime, Shisui is there because he was shown in the anime yes -.- Now theres more hype around his character. They are NOT going to go as far as the manga is for OBVIOUS reasons.

Now about you complaining bout their not being mask less obito yet... The release date of this game is like when? September? October? i forget atm but in the fall. It is April. Thats 5-6 months dude. The fillers are about to end and go back into canon, where Obito is actually gonna be seen fighting. Now if you put 2 and 2 together.... you get... An obito reveal sometime in the summer -.- Patience man, you cannot judge the game when its not even finished yet. And you think they aren't trying with this one? Im sorry was i the only one who saw the Akatsuki origins/ Team ultimate jutsu/ Shisui trailer?

Rushed? Its the same schedule they've had. Its generations 2 They were working on it shortly after storm 3 finished. And they are delivering more than i could have asked for with team ultimate jutsus. They are not far enough in the anime to give us another Storm number title. I do not want 2 or 3 boss battles ending midway right when obito becomes juubi Jin. That covers like 30-40 chapters. So instead thy give us Beautiful anime cutscenes of stories weve never seen b4 like all the akatsuki getting recruited and a more shisui focused story. Id rather get this nice little treat to quench my thirst, than wait another year or 2 playing storm 3 before they give us the next game for the Ps4.
