Next Kyuubi jinchuriki will have Bijuu Mode by birth?

Kurama has gotten rid of of his hatred. Contrary to popular belief, he doesn't only like Naruto. He is cooperating with Kakashi, Guy, B, and Gyuki.

So now that Kurama has conquered his hate, will the next jink have BM by default? Does that cheapen the experience to you?

Actually it started in the Pain Arc,Kurama in previous Body take over had Hurt anybody that came close to Him,Remember Sakura? But Kurama chase away Pain from Hinata something He would have never done in the past. So Kurama first act of kindness was Helping the one person who has supported Naruto,Hinata. That was a starting point.
