Tsunade was never put into the drawing. She wasn't even in the village when Orochimaru/Minato/Jiraiya were considered for Hokage. So using the whole "spare person" thing for Tsunade.. and making it that Jiraiya was somehow more relevant to the title.. doesn't work. Plus, from what I recall Tsunade only bothered to take the title because of Naruto, if it weren't him, she would've declined to.

Hashirama only got made Hokage, because of the people. If it was Hashirama's choice his first pick was Madara.

All the more reason why Sarada should be next

No one we're introduced to as of now. Naruto's strong life force means he'll age slower than most, meaning the females his age are automatically booted out, as they'll be even worse shape than him. Himawari has the greatest chance out of all the females being Naruto's daughter, but Bolt's apparently the next protagonist, so he's probably the next hokage. That is, unless another movie's made where Himawari's the protagonist.

Bolt appears to hate the Hokage post, Shimada is just as lazy, Inojin is more follower than leader, Chouchou doesn't care, and Sarada would only make as good a Hokage as Hinata would, which leaves us with Himawari. She looks like she may really admire her father and his dreams, though even she shows similarities to Hinata. I actually agree that Hinata's personality would make her a bad hokage.

I can't help but feel this generation will be skipped before we see a female hokage. Pretty sure Naruto is staying Hokage for at least 30 more years.

She is not a real women so I don't really feel harsh over it one bit. Yes it maybe true that I like a different type of female. But I don't find her art that arousing. Sorry if my comment rustled you a bit.
