No, it's not a filler. It does have some "filler scenes" in there, but there is canon material in there as evidenced by Kakashi and Zabuza clashing at the end of the clip.

dude i saw the preview , didn't see the 7 swordsmen so i wondered if it's a filler,

and the clash of kakashi and zabuza at the end it looked like a Flashback.

The scene with naruto saying to kakashi 'i liked them" is canon, go look it up.

The episode will be drawn out with more flashbacks though. Flashbacks weve seen 100 times... But its worth it as long as they dont make fillers.

In the preview all I saw was flashbacks, They will probably make the whole episode flashbacks then in the last 2 mins they will build up to something really cool and end it right there like they always do.
