Naruto will get FTG. I think Kishi is going to play out the final battle with Sasuke and Naruto vs Madara as Naruto and Sasuke constantly 1 upping each other in power. First we saw Naruto's base(Sage Mode) Youton Rasenshuriken, then Sasuke's Sharinnegan(His teleportation shit). Now Naruto will likely get FTG to save Sakura and Obito. Why else would Minato's shuriken be relevant when Naruto says, "We will...?"

FTG can't teleport inside Kamui. At least thats what the manga has proven so far.

I meant it's more important to Kishi and his editors in my opinion. Not that it was my opinion that Naruto and Sasuke should be every chapter. In my opinion, Genma should be helping with FTG, but that's just me.
