This last panel of manga chapter 655 created a lot of doubts for various people regarding release date of manga.
It says that series is on break, but will restart in issue#1.
Let's take another translation, *********** translation into consideration,
It says that Hiatus begins with the next issue, in short we will have hiatus next week, which is common in both the translations, and talking about that 'Issue#1' and first issue of new year, to make it simple it means Issue#48 will release in fourth week of November, rather than third week of November,as the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine is distributed by Issue Numbers every year, and there are only 48 total Issues.
And current volume of Naruto is 67th volume (
and according to *********** cover of this volume(volume 67)is going to release on 4th of December.
which pretty much confirms that manga chapter will release on 27th of November, along with the fact that Shonen Jump #1 comes out in two weeks time.
To sum it up->
1. Next episode will be on 27h of November.
2. It isn't beginning of 'Akkipuden' or time skip.
3. Issue #1 of Shonen Jump year, and not January 1st.
