it's not impossible for him to achieve this as he can gain anything he wants, we don't know the full powers of his rennigan and itachi might have stored the totsuka and yata in sasuke before he departed the ninja world, like when he hid the amaterasu inside sasuke....

No, he can't just give Sasuke them like he did Amaterasu. They are actual weapons, Itachi would have to physically hand them to Sasuke to give him them. Also Itachi said he'll love Sasuke no matter what, never said he'll approve or back him up no matter what and he still had the order "protect Konoha" from KA. If Sasuke had them then they would have shown when he went PS that fused with BSM.

99.99% sure kishi wouldnt give sasuke the spirit wepons at all for any reason. Why? Those were exclusive to itachi and if you knew or did any research on the origin of the wepons and the mythology they hail from youd understand why
