Lol i don't think he gets his ideas from this board specifically but I do think he listens to what the fans in some or another think and it is evident a lot in the arc for example the need for Tobirama to clarify what he said,Minato needing to be op and having 9 tails chakra, the Sasuke Hokage fanwars and the whole Sakura is useless thing. Everything that has happened in the last few chapter has been a heated discussion on the forum even the point that he clarified that Minato's ftg > Tobirama's.
